About
Amin Mohd is the sole owner and founder at Mint Capital LLC based out of Birmingham Alabama.
He comes from a family with a deep back ground in mechanical and plumbing experience, as his family has owned a plumbing company in Birmingham since the early 90s. Earning his degree in Operations and Production management set him up for success in both construction and sales.

With his experience, he decided it was time to rely on his background and jump into the real estate space in 2017. Since entering the REI space, Mint Capital has transacted over 100 single family homes, invested in the multi-Family space along with investments in the STR space. Currently Mint Capital has a multi-prong approach to REI; Flipping Properties, STR space Multi-family, Hospitality and Storage.

Always diversifying, Mint Capital is now focused on Hospitality and Self-Storage. Amin’s proficiency in Operations make him very strong in terms of asset management along with project management. Currently, Mint Capital takes part General Partner positions, with the ability for unlimited growth and earning potential.
